Grilled Peaches

Serves 1-2


  • One peach, washed and dried

  • Olive oil or non-stick cooking spray


  1. Preheat grill.

  2. Cut peach in half. Remove the pit.

  3. Brush with oil, or, spray with non-stick cooking spray.

  4. With the grill set to medium, place peach on the grill cut side down. Grill 4-5 minutes.

  5. Remove from the grill, and enjoy!

Serving Suggestions:

  • Top with ice cream, chopped walnuts and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup

  • Pair with cottage cheese or yogurt, for a satisfying snack

  • Slice and put in a salad with goat cheese, red onion, and nuts

  • Dice and make into a peach salsa


This recipe can be used for any stone fruit!
