Build your own Snack Mix Recipe
For one serving, here is roughly what you'll need:
¾-1c. combination of plain whole grain cereal, and/or popcorn.
1 Tbsp. nuts, seeds or roasted beans
1 Tbsp. no sugar added dried or freeze dried fruit or veggies (diced, or cut into bite size pieces, if large)
1 Tbsp. optional mix-ins like chocolate chips, or, ¼ cup pretzels or rye chips
Stir it at all together, and voila, you are good to go!
