Red, White and Blue Yogurt Popsicles

Vanilla yogurt and berries is all you need to make this red, white and blue popsicle that is fun to eat.

Red, White and Blue Yogurt Popsicle

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

8-12 oz., Vanilla yogurt(I used Greek, however you can use whatever you like here)

¼ c. Strawberries/raspberries, rinsed, for strawberries cut into quarters/ bite size pieces

1/4 c. Blueberries/blackberries

Equipment:

Popsicle mold, or,

Paper cup and popsicle sticks

Method:

Place yogurt into the popsicle mold/paper cup, a few teaspoons at a time, add a few berries and disperse evenly, continue to layer the yogurt and berries, to make it look nice. Put the top on the mold, and place in your freezer, to set for a few hours, or, if you are using paper cups and popsicle sticks, cover the top of the plastic cup with foil, and poke the popsicle stick into the center of the foil. The foil will help to hold the popsicle stick in place while the yogurt sets up. Place in the freezer to set for a few hours.

To help release the popsicle from the mold, run the molds under warm water to loosen, or. If you can, simply peel the paper cup away from the popsicle.

Enjoy!
