Red, White and Blue Salad

A spinach salad recipe, with strawberries, blueberries and feta cheese.

Serves 4


1 6 oz. Bag of spinach, washed and drained

1/8 c. Strawberries, washed and quartered

1/8. c. Blueberries, washed and drained

1 oz. Feta cheese, barrel aged, crumbled

Optional Mix-ins:

Red onion, sliced

Nuts, chopped, slivered or sliced(almonds, pecans, or walnuts might be nice)


Feel free to pick one that you enjoy. Two that I often pair this recipe with, are a:

  • Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • Lemon Poppyseed Dressing


Place the spinach in a bowl, top with strawberries and blueberries. Sprinkle the feta cheese on top, add in any optional mix-ins.


Allow guests to dress their own salad. Not only can they choose their desired amount, but if you have any salad leftover, it will keep longer in the fridge.
