Easy Grilled Shrimp Skewers

These versatile and easy grilled shrimp skewers take less than 10 minutes to cook on the grill, serve them alone, as an appetizer, or as a component to a meal.


Ingredients:


8 Shrimp, peeled and deveined, thawed(if frozen), rinsed and patted dry

Salt and Pepper to taste



Method:

Place skewers in a shallow baking dish and fill with water, and soak for 30 minutes.


Preheat the grill.


Spray the shrimp with non-stick cooking spray, or drizzle with a tsp of oil.


Season the shrimp with a simple combination of salt and pepper, or your favorite seasoning combination or blend.


Set the grill to medium and spray non-stick cooking spray, or rub the grill with a paper towel dipped in olive oil.


Place skewers on the grill. Close the lid, and flip after 2-3 minutes. Cook 2-3 minutes more.


Take the kabobs off the grill and you are ready to serve.
