A fun way to display and eat vegetables!

Sometimes, it's the little things that can turn something ordinary, to something extraordinary. 


That's where this Taste the Rainbow Veggies and Dip comes in.


Here's what you'll need to make it:


Taste the Rainbow Veggies and Dip


Ingredients:


1 Green bell pepper, rinsed, and top half cut off

1 Yellow bell pepper, rinsed and cut into slices

1 Orange bell pepper, rinsed and cut into slices

1 Red bell pepper, rinsed and cut into slices

Store bought dip(French onion is the one I used here)


Method:


For the green bell pepper: once the top has been cut off, remove the membrane and seeds.


Fill the pepper with the store bought dip.


Place the yellow, orange and red peppers on the plate, organized by color. Feel free to create play around with how they are cut or organized, so they create an arch like shape.


Recipe note: feel fre to switch up whatever colorful veggies you may like use, or create additional pictures then the rainbow that you see here.
