Just Peachy Oatmeal and Yogurt Parfait
Serves: One
Ingredients:
Oatmeal:
½ c. Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 c. of Water
Dash Salt
Toppings:
6 oz. No/Low Sugar Added Vanilla Greek Yogurt
4 oz. Diced Peaches in 100% Fruit Juice or Water, drained
1 Tbsp. Sliced Almonds (Optional)
Directions:
Make oatmeal according to package instructions.
If assembling like a parfait:
Scoop half of the oatmeal into whatever jar, bowl, or container you prefer to use.
Top with 3 oz. Greek vanilla yogurt
Add half of the drained peaches on top of the yogurt
Sprinkle with ½ of of the sliced almonds
Repeat layers
Enjoy!
Otherwise, simply top the oatmeal with yogurt, peaches and almond slices.
